That the development hereby approved shall be retained in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 200 p, 214, C401-C1C, C401-C1D, C403-C1G, C403-C1H, C402-C1J, C402-C1K, G455-C1A and G455-C1B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The three condenser units shall be controlled by limiting the maximum output and switching the relevant units off when not in direct use in conjunction with the approved hours of the retail use as described in Section 4.2.3 of the Sandy Brown Noise Report, reference 12129/DR dated 18th April 2012. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 .
