Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P1A, P10, P4D, S1A and P2E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The new external door hereby approved shall be of painted timber construction.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building, shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.

All new internal partitions shall be of timber studwork construction.
