Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S1331/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO_001, LOC_001 and 1797/G/2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron or cast aluminium, painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works details of location and type of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and any such works shall be implemented in strict accordance with the details as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No new external drainage pipes shall be added, at any time, to the works hereby approved, unless first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
