Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 429/01-ES, 429/02-ENE, 429/03-ESE, 429-04-PS, 429-05-PNE, LOC-001, 429-06-PSE and 429-RPI, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the advice in the letter from Natural England (dated 25 July 2011)unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before such change is made.
Reason: To protect the habitats of bats which are a protected species under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and in accordance with Policies C6 and C8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new works of making good the retained historic fabric of the building shall be carried out using traditional materials, techniques and finishes.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new rainwater goods shall be traditionally profiled metal painted black.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
