Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of 18 months from the date hereof, and the buildings hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC_001, BLO_001, SP_001 and BR0020E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The building hereby permitted shall be used only between the houses of 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 14:00 hours on Saturdays and at no time on Sundays or Public Holidays. Any variation from these hours will require the prior written authority of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
