Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0-001 P1 and A3-02 P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That no demolition shall take place until planning permission has been granted for the erection of a replacement boundary wall, and a contract is in place for the erection of the new wall. Reason: To protect the setting of the listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON1 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
