Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 28th March 2012
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the re-siting of the wall further towards the frontage of the site, to its increase in height, unsatisfactory form and insufficient landscaping details, the new wall would result in a prominent from of development that would fail to conserve the landscape quality of the Chilterns area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also detract from the setting of the listed buildings behind. As such, the proposals would be contrary to Policies G2, G6, C2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
