Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 100, 110, 120, 210 and 220, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S1267/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Specification for the lime mortar b. Joinery details for windows at 1:5 and 1:20 c. Schedule of repairs for works to the attic floor in the 18th century element d. Details of how the timber frame will be protected from the fitting of kitchen units e. Details of floor insulation f. Details of vents and flues Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Samples of the bricks to be used in the north elevation of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.
