Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2046 PL100, 2046 SV 03, 2046 SV 02 and 2046 PL100A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That detailed plans and sections showing existing and proposed floor levels for the en-suite bathroom and full floor structure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of this element of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a detailed method statement for the raising of the floor to the en-suite bathroom shall be submitted to and approved prior to commencement of this element of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all works of making good historic fabric are to be undertaken to match the existing with regard to material, type, colour and texture. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of the works, joinery details of all new internal doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
