Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2572 214, SK03 and TQT Exterior Signage 2.1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The lettering hereby approved shall be fixed through the mortar joints and not through the brickwork.
Reason: In order to safeguard the special architectural qualities and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
