Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 6th March 2012
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The retention of the TV aerial, satellite dish and mobile booster in their current locations would continue to result in visual clutter on the oldest and most prominent part of this Grade II listed building. This detracts from the special architectural qualities and historic interest of the listed building, thereby undermining its significance and failing to preserve the character and appearace of the Stonor Conservation Area. The development is therefore contrary to Policies G2, G6, CON3, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice contained within PPS5.
