Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10.360.PL.1507, 10.360.GA.1508, 10.360.GA.1313, 10.360.GA.1305, 10.360.GA.1316, 10.360.GA.1307, 10.360.GA.1308, 10.360.GA.1310, 10.360.GA.1311, 10.360.GA.1312, 10.360.GA.1315, 10.360.GA.1314, 10.360.GA.1317, 10.360.GA.1318, 10.360.GA.1319, 10.360.GA.1401, 10.360.GA.1402, 10.360.GA.1403, 10.360.GA.1501, 10.360.GA.1502, 10.360.GA.1503, 10.360.GA.1505, 10.360.GA.100, 10.360.GA.1302, 10.360.GA.1303, 10.360.GA.1506A and 10.360.GA.1504, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details / drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. New brickwork, including brick type, bond, mortar mix and joint finishes b. New internal and external joinery including all new windows and doors c. Details of vents and flues Works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of all the materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the extensions hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
