That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 711/CA/BW/1 revision, 711/CA/BW/2 revision, 711/CA/BW/3 revision and 711/CA/BW/4 revision, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. tiles b. coping tiles to be used for the capping of the wall. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of repair or rebuilding of the wall shall be of traditionally constructed brick and flint work using a lime mortar no stronger than 3 parts washed sharp sand:1 part lime. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The re-rendering of any part of the wall is to be carried out using a lime shelter coat, the specification of which is to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
