Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. tiles b. coping tiles to be used for the capping of the wall. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. All works of repair or rebuilding of the wall shall be of traditionally constructed brick and flint work using a lime mortar no stronger than 3 parts washed sharp sand:1 part lime. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P12/S2256/DIS

The re-rendering of any part of the wall is to be carried out using a lime shelter coat, the specification of which is to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 711/CA/BW1 revision, 711/CA/BW2 revision, 711/CA/BW3A revision, 711/CA/BW4 revision, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. The existing fence within the rear garden of 25 Thameside shall be removed immediately following the erection of the proposed fence on the Almshouses side of the boundary. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the grade II listed buildings, 25 Thameside and the Almshouses, and the character and appearance of the Henley (Main) Conservation Area, in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the proposed boundary fence shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the erection of the proposed fence. The approved fence shall be retained thereafter to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of privacy and visual amenity, and in accordance with policies G2, G6, CON7, D1 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The proposed boundary fence shall be erected within 3 months of the date of this permission and shall be stained using a recessive colour, the details of which shall be submitted to and approved in approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the application of the stain. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenity of the area, and in accordance with policies G2, G6, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
