Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0142/11 to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 1, 2, 7161, 7162 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/01/2017 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (G2:SOLP2011).

That the external walls, doors and railings of the relocatable building be repainted (to match that of the existing walls, doors and railings) to the satisfaction of the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) within 6 months of the date of the planning permission hereby permitted. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity (D1:SOLP2011).
