Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11794-103, 11794-104, 11794-100-A, 11794-101-A, 11794-102-A, 11794-109A, 11794-108A and 11794-110A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a) Details of windows and doors at 1:5 and 1:20, including finishes; b) Details of the new chimney stack, including foundations; c) Details of air bricks, including locations; d) Schedule of repairs to the stables. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the adjacent listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of roof tiles to be used in the external construction of the works hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the adjacent listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the adjacent listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
