Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the building hereby approved shall only be used by the local community for the purposes specified within the Planning Statement dated October 2011 accompanying this application. Reason: A general unrestricted use of the building would not be appropriate having regard to the function and location of the building in accordance with Policies G2, G3, G4, G6, C2, and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use of the building and associated land shall be restricted to the hours of 07:00 and 23:30 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 and 22:30 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interests of the occupiers of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policies G2, EP2 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No amplified or live music shall be played in the building or on the associated land except between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 on Monday to Saturday and 08:00 and 22:30 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interests of the occupiers of neighbouring properties in accordance with Policies G2, EP2 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This permission only allows for the variation of condition 5 and all the other conditions attached to planning permission P10/E0528/EX still apply. Reason: This permission is only for the variation of a condition attached to planning permission P10/E0528/EX and the details and terms of that permission remain in force in all other respects.
