Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/E2475/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, LOC_001a and LOC_001b, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of the works, elevation and section drawings including details of the footings, at scale 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works, samples of the proposed replacement bricks and cappings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of the proposed brickwork to be used in the construction of the new wall. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the works and retained until works are completed, and the panel(s) shall thereafter be removed from the site. The works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the wall shall be constructed using lime mortar, details of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in writing. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
