Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0130/11 to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 1036928-102-001 7087, 1036928-102 7139, 1036928-102 7087 Rev A, 1036928-102 7122 Rev B, 1036928-102 7086 Rev C accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30/11/2016 the new modular building hereby approved shall be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (G2:SOLP2011).
That upon occupation of the new modular building hereby approved, the two existing temporary buildings on site shall be removed from land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state.

That no development shall take place until the trees on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, have been protected during building operations by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees in accordance with B.S. 5837: 2005, and with the written requirements (copy attached) of the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) relating to the protection of trees. Furthermore, no works or storing of plant or materials shall be carried out within the fenced area.
Reason: To ensure the protection of trees on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality (C9:SOLP2011).
That prior to any tree works commencing on site full details of the proposed works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure).

That no development shall take place until a construction travel management plan (to include details of the site compound, delivery times for materials and the contractors working hours) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure). Any plans approved shall be implemented for the duration of the construction period.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and the amenities of the neighbouring residents (EP2, T1:SOLP2011).
