Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 5997.103, 5997.107, 5997.105, 5997-104 and 5997.106, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the works and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to commencement of the works detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Finish details of the wrought iron frame
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
