Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, COM01, BLO01 and LOC01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That all works of breaking through for the new doorway shall be undertaken using hand tools only, and all works of making good the surrounding fabric shall be undertaken to match the existing with regard to type, colour, material and finish.
