The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/E2461/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1; 2; 3; and 4, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E2461/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved detailed sections of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. a) Existing and proposed scullery floor levels, including insulation and floor finishes at a scale of 1:2 or 1:5 b) Internal wall insulation to scullery, including finishes and reveal details for doors and windows at a scale of 1:2 or 1:5. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved joinery details for the replacement scullery window and new rooflights on the barn shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic interest of the listed buildings in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved samples of the external facing brickwork and timber boarding to be used for the conversion of the barn shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
