Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 915-2, 915-3 and 13062d3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, an elevational drawing at a scale of no less than 1:50 showing the precise location and size of the lettering and display cases shown on approved photomontage 13062d3 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall be carried out in sole accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
