Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof. b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military). Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. Related application(s): P11/E2101/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 915-2, 915-3 and 13062d3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, an elevational drawing at a scale of no less than 1:50 showing the precise location and size of the lettering and display cases shown on approved photomontage 13062d3 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall be carried out in sole accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
