Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 872.01, 872.02, 872.03 and 872.04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Joinery details of windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 (profile) and 1:20 (elevation)
b. Any vents / flues
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Samples of the roof tiles to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.

Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel.
