Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/E1925/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 993-1, 993-2 and 993-3a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E1925/DIS

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to the relevant part of the works commencing, details of the exact location and pipe run of the new waste pipe leading from the flat hereby approved to the existing soil vent pipe shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to the relevant part of the works commencing, details of the size, location and design of the vent required for the mechanical ventilation for the new kitchen and shower room shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
