Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01 Rev A, 10C and 13C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the bricks and mortar to be used in the blocking up of the door opening hereby approved shall be as approved in respect of the single storey rear extension granted under listed building consent P10/E19777/LB and is currently under construction. These materials will be laid in the same bond and finish as this approved scheme.

Detailed joinery drawings, at a scale of not more than 1:20, to show the window hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to works commencing.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
