Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 4882/11, 4882/07A, 4882/08D, 4882/09C, 4882/10D, 4882/1313, 4882/1314, 4882/1315, 4882/1316, 4882/1425, 4882/1426, 4882/1428, 4882/1429, 4882/1431, 4882/1432 and 4882/1433 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Window sections at a scale of 1:5 b. Notwithstanding the window type shown on drawing no.4882/08D, elevations of windows FW4 and GW4 at a scale of 1:10 Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a photographic record made during the dismantling of the staircase shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the removal of the staircase. Reason: To preserve on records the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
