That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 01 & BLO 01B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The hardstanding hereby permitted shall only be used for the parking of vehicles or for purposes incidental to the lawful use of the land (CLEUD ref. P11/E0107/LD) for agriculture and for personal or commercial equestrian purposes. 

Reason: To safeguard the rural character of the area in accordance with Policies G4 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
