Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans 10-047-005LBC, 10-047-004LBC, 10-047-003 and 10-047-002LBC and as clarified by email from agent dated 8 August 2011 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the partitioning works hereby approved shall take place solely in accordance with Drawing No: 10-047-001LBC Revision A. Any variation shall first be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, should the current use of the building cease, the partitions to be inserted in the hatched area shown on Drawing No: 10-047-001 LBC Revision A shall be removed and the area restored to its current form.
Reason: In view of the particular requirements of the applicant and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The replacement staircase shall be carried out prior to any other works shown on the approved plans.
Reason: To ensure the public benefit of the proposal is secured and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy HE9.4 of PPS5 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
