Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/E1861/DIS, P11/E2192/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10-0790/03A, 10-0790/02C, 10-0790/04A and the unnumbered block plan, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed information / drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details including roof lights b. Details of the brickwork including the bond and mortar specification c. The design and position of any external vents or flues Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be cast iron. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
