Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, B0852600/WHT/ARCH/001-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/002-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/101-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/102-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/201-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/202-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/203-P0; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/301-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/302-P1; B0852600/WHT/ARCH/401-P1; and B0852600/WHT/ARCH/501-P0, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No works shall take place on site prior to the making of a detailed record/implementation of a scheme of recording of the building to be dismantled. This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policies CON13 and CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant stage of work, and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted details. a) Samples of any new brickwork; b) Details of the specification for lime mortars. Reason: In the interests of the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
