That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Drg 1 Elevations, Drg 2 Plan, Drg 3 Sections, Drg 4 Site Plan, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E1456/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P11/E1456/DIS

That written notification of an intention to commence works to the walls shall be sent to the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement. Arrangements shall then be made for an inspection of a sample of work already undertaken to the walls to be made. No further works to the wall shall then be undertaken until written confirmation has been provided by the Local Planning Authority that the works are appropriate having regard to the listed status of the building. Reason: To ensure satisfactory remedial works are undertaken in a manner which will secure the long term retention of the building in character with the building, in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the construction of the proposed French drain shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
