Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The new fencing and pedestrian gate hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No development shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of all external walling materials to be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
