Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/E1979/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1, 2 and 3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E1979/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the bricks to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Windows and doors at 1:5 (profile) and 1:20 (elevation) b. The junction between the conservatory and the rear wall Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
