Any gates provided shall be set back a minimum of 15.0 metres from the edge of the carriageway, and shall open inwards into the site.

The existing access and driveway as shown on drawing 03 shall be permanently stopped up and all hard surfacing removed by the means of reinstatement of the highway verge and planting within one month of the first use of the new access and driveway hereby approved.
