That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LDH/07, LDH/06, LDH/04, LDH/03, LDH/02, LDH/01A, LDH/05A and LDH/08A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/E1393/DIS

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
