Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BL-002, 003, 004 A and 005 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the replacement tiles to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and to preserve the setting of the listed building on site and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Detail of windows and doors at 1:5 and 1:20 Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and to preserve the setting of the listed building on site and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The roof lights hereby approved shall be installed as conservation style flush fitting roof lights and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and to preserve the setting of the listed building on site and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
