Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers + accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That no development shall take place until the trees and hedges on the site which are to be retained and which are adjacent to or within the development area, have been protected during building operations by means of a protective fence around the edge of the canopy of the trees in accordance with B.S. 5837: 2005, and with the written requirements (copy attached) of the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) relating to the protection of trees. Furthermore, no works or storing of plant or materials shall be carried out within the fenced area. Reason: To ensure the protection of trees and hedges on the land and to preserve the amenities of the locality (C9:SOLP2011).

That prior to the occupation of the new car parking spaces a parking strategy (to include measures to stop parents from parking on the school site, details of how these measures will be enforced (if applicable) and details of how these measures will be publicised) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure). Any policy approved shall be implemented within 3 months of approval. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport (T8:SOLP2011).

That no development shall take place until a construction travel management plan (to include details of the site compound, delivery times for materials, contractors working hours and when the works will take place) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure). Any plans approved shall be implemented for the duration of the construction period. Reason: In the interest of highway safety, the safety of school users and the amenities of the neighbouring residents (T1, EP2:SOLP2011).
