Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 09-021-02 rev A, 09-021-02 rev A, 09-021-03 rev B, 09-021-04, 09-021-05 rev A and 09-021-06 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel(s) of all external walling materials to be used in the works. The sample panel(s) shall be erected on the site of the works and retained until works are completed, and the panel(s) shall thereafter be removed from the site.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That no works shall take place until details of the following are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority -
- flues
- vents
- extracts
- gutters
- insulation
Reason: To ensure that the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all new windows and doors, at scale 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
