Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That samples of the bricks and tiles to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the exterior walls shall be painted with a micro-porous paint. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the timber finishes, including those of the gate and side panels, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the ventilation outlets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the windows, including paint colours, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
