Prior to the commencement of development samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, CON2, CON3 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
