That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLTF-121, BLTF-122 Rev A, BLTF-111 Rev A, BLTF-110 Rev A, BLTF-112 Rev A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W0562/DIS

That, prior to the commencement of works details of the type, location and appearance of the chimney for the new solid fuel stove in the family room shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Notwithstanding the details shown on elevation drawing BLTF-121, joinery details of all the new windows and doors shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. That notwithstanding details on drawing BLTF-111A, the door between bedroom 3 and 4 shall not be removed but fixed shut in accordance with the details that shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That prior to the commencement of works details of the support required for the remaining structure above ground-floor alterations, including sectional drawings indicating retained fabric and downstand shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all works of making good the existing fabric shall be done to match the surrounding work in terms of colour, texture, materials and profile. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the special architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
