The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the demolition of the former air raid shelter a record of the building equivalent to an English Heritage Level 2 record has been carried out and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: The remains of the air raid shelter are associated with a significant period of 20th century history and do still hold evidential value in terms of its ground floor plan and methods/materials of construction and in accordance with Policy CON14 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
