Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W0265/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,818.6 rev C, 818.7 rev B except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new/ replacement external soil/waste piping shall be traditionally profiled metal and painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good shall match the existing in materials, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To ensure that the historic fabric and character of the property is preserved in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of breaking through for the waste pipe to the north elevation shall be undertaken using hand tools only. Reason: To preserve the fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to the commencement of works a drawing at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 of the joinery details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
