The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W0290/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 129-P1 rev A and 129-P2 rev A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W0290/DIS

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P11/W0290/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details for the new front and lobby doors at a scale of 1:20 Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That a specification of the lime mortar mix to be used in repairs to the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details and a schedule of works for the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the relevant works: a) New light above entrance. b) Intercom unit at entrance. c) Stonework repairs to principal elevation. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
