Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, additional information rec 02.02.11 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That all works of making good the retained fabric shall be carried out to match the existing materials, finish and texture. Reason: To preserve the special interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
