Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 026, 027, 028 & 029, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W0646/DIS

That a samples of the clay plain-tiles and weather boarding (including any stain or colour finish) to be used on the exterior of the building be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement. Reason: To protect the setting of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the rainwater goods are to be metal painted black. Reason: To protect the setting of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. .
