Development of this nature would harm the setting of Crossways and Twitten, the character of the Aston Tirrold Conservation Area and the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty contrary to Policies G2, C2, G6, CON5, CON7 and H5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and advice contained in PPS5.
