Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan, 001B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the replacement wall shall be built using rubble stone and shall be hand-laid in a traditional manner to match that as existing using NHL 3.5 lime mortar. Reason: To preserve the character of the wall and the setting of the adjacent listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and with advice contained within PPS5.
